Double Bedroom - 5 mins from Clapham Nth Station

This is a double bedroom in a flat-share within a 5 minute walk from Clapham North station (Northern Line) and 10-15 minute walk from Stockwell (Victoria and Northern Lines).

The room:
The bedroom hosts a double-bed with a chest of draws and box-wall storage. You'll have a large double-doored wardrobe with extra storage space inside, on the front of the wardrobe are large mirrors and there is a mirror located on the wall as well. There is also a fold-up desk on the wall (I've had this down the whole time I've lived in the flat) with floor space to have a desk chair.

Shared space:
There is an open-plan kitchen and living area, you'll have your own cupboard and draw space in the kitchen. You'll have a large shower room that you will share with only two of the other housemates (as two bedrooms have en-suites) and there is a separate toilet room (so two shared toilets in the house). There is storage space under the stairs and in a cupboard by the front door if you have a bike or kitchen/cleaning appliances. A cleaner comes every week to clean the shared spaces of the flat so you'll only have to worry about keeping things tidy!

Housemates:
After I leave, there will be two girls and two guys living in the flat. You'll be living with two international students and two young professionals. The flat is sociable and quiet during the week but everyone's open for an occasional pub trip. Usually, someone will have friends round over the weekend so it has been a fun and social house to live in so far while remaining settled for the working week!
