My sister is moving out of my 2-bed flat on January 21st and I’m looking for a new tenant to take her room until February 14th.

Rent is £950 including bills (£266 per week)

Pros:
- The flat is located on Clapham High street, just steps away from Clapham North tube station, Clapham High Street Overground and multiple bus stops.
- The landlord is super relaxed and helpful.

Cons:
- The flat is next to a bar, so it can get pretty loud on weekends if the windows are open.
- I’m currently focused on getting a start-up off the ground, so I don’t have buckets of time to socialise.

All that said, the flat is really spacious, and I’m a relatively tidy, easygoing person to live with!
