Top floor flat which is situated 5 min walk from Clapham North (northern line) and 1 min walk from Clapham High Street (overground). It is about a 10 min walk to Clapham Common and 2 min walk to Clapham high street.
Rent: £1170 + bills
Tenancy is on a rolling contract and would prefer someone who is looking to live there long term (1 year or more)
The flat has a spacious kitchen with a dining room table and a big living room. It has a balcony which is perfect for summery drinks in the eve!!!

- Love watching sport both live and on tv! NY resolution is to get back into running!
- Looking for a housemate to spend time with, but also knows when to respect your own privacy.
