We are looking for a new flatmate in our 3 bed flat share in Clapham North / Stockwell.

You will be living with me and Rosie! We would ideally be looking for someone who is office based / works from home 1-2days a week. We met on SpareRoom and moved in just over a year ago!

We love a glass of chicken wine and a good Netflix series. We would be looking for someone who would like to be part of the house and become friends, rather than just a housemate 😊We are looking for someone clean and tidy who will respect the shared spaces.

We are a 5 minuite walk from Clapham North and a 5 minuite walk from Stockwell. There are also lots of bus stops around.

The room has a double bed, and comes with a set of wardrobes and chest of drawers (different to what is currently in the room). The kitchen is really big with lots if storage. We just had a the bathroom re done as well! We have a very spacious lounge / dining room situation.

We are looking for someone aged 23 - 28, working as a young professional. You must be on a salary of £30k+ and the letting agent will require references. The change of tenant will be completed under a name change on the contract.

Rent is £1000pcm and bills come to around £138.55. The deposit is £1,038.50 which includes the fee for changing the name in the contract.
