Double room available Clapham North

We’ve had an offer accepted on this stunning 3 bed, 3 bathroom house (literally 4 min walk from Clapham North station) and we’re looking for a 3rd girl ASAP

- £925 pcm (excluding bills). It’s the smaller room out of the 3, but it still fits a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table

- The 2 other rooms are en-suite, so you’ll pretty much have the downstairs shared bathroom to yourself !

- Completely furnished. It used to be an AirBnB so everything you see is staying ! (Including TV, cookware, coffee machine etc.)

- Hoping for a move-in date in the first week of February.
- For full transparency, the landlord is wanting us to move in mid-January, however we have pushed back on this and will have this confirmed hopefully this week. Our current tenancy ends 7th February

About us 👯‍♀️:
- We’re Abi (25) and Bridget (24)
- I’m from the UK, work in media, usually WFH 1-2 times a week
- Bridget is from Sydney, works as a PA in finance, in the office 5 times a week

- Looking for a girl aged ~25-30 who’s clean and tidy.
- Someone who is chilled and up for pub trips, nights out, cooking dinners together and watching TV / films. But is also happy to have their own space
