The rest of the flat itself is clean and modern, with one bathroom being a smaller room with a shower and toilet/sink, and the the larger bathroom housing a bath/shower. There is a washing machine and dryer as well as a dishwasher.

The transport links couldn’t be better- Clapham north for the northern line and Clapham high street for the overground are each a quick 4 minute walk away. Euston and Kings Cross are direct access from the Northern Line, and Clapham Junction is direct from Clapham High Street. The road with the flat leads onto the top of Clapham highstreet with a big Sainsburys, several bus routes, and Clapham common a 8 minute walk away.

This room is available 17th January till August 2025, with then the option to extend your tenancy with the great landlord, Bronwyn. I am able to do both virtual viewings through FaceTime or videos, as well as in person viewings. Bills are split with the flatmates and worked out between the three of you, and the flat falls under Lambeth Council Tax Band D. After paying the deposit, the months rent is to be paid by or on the 17th January to the landlord. You will need to prove your right to live in the UK via passport or visa, and be in full time employment. The landlord may request a reference to confirm this.
