Double bedroom in a sunny Clapham North flat

**We are looking for a friendly individual to join our flat from start of July**

The location of the flat is great - super close to Clapham High Street and minutes away from the Northern Line and Overground. We're surrounded by tons of great shops, bars, cafes & gyms - with a Sainsbury's Local at the end of our street and Sainsbury's supermarket in Clapham Common which is about a 7 min walk up the high street.

The room comes furnished and includes a double bed, a wardrobe, desk and drawers.

The current housemates are Pihla who is Finnish and works in pharmaceuticals and Katie who is Kiwi and a nurse (we're 28 and 27 years old). We're easy-going, super considerate and tidy. We have a great time living together and enjoy the occasional meal out and having a chat while cooking or pottering about the house. We've got a pretty peaceful environment going, so are looking for someone who is after a place to call home in London and keep things low key!

The rent for the room will be around £920 per month and bills sit around £150 per month (including energy, gas, water, Council Tax and fast-speed BT internet). Naturally, energy and gas portions of this bill vary depending on whether it's summer or winter.
