Want to be a part of the lively Clapham area? We have a room available in our lovely four bed house from 25th February.
The location is fantastic! It’s around a five minute walk to either Clapham North/Common tube stations, Clapham High Street overground station and several bus routes. Our home is under a five minute walk to Clapham High Street so we have access to all the wonderful shops, gyms, restaurants and pubs in the area. A large and small Sainsbury’s are also conveniently close by. Clapham Common is less than a ten minute walk away and is lovely in the summer!
The room is a good size, has a built in wardrobe and easily fits a double bed (included). There would also be space for a desk, chest of drawers and a bedside table. The room is nice and bright and faces towards the garden so it’s quiet in the evenings. The house itself is quite large. We even have a guest room for when friends and family come to visit! Separate living room, dining room and kitchen with a dish washer and a new dual washer/ dryer. The kitchen is large and well equipped (we recently had a new oven put in), with plenty of space if you bring items with you. The house has three toilets and two bathrooms, so you'd only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. We even have a garden space which is a lovely place to enjoy when the weather is nice!
The landlords are really great and easy to communicate with. They have owned the house for a long time and invest in keeping it up. They have replaced all the windows so we now have double glazing and all new curtains/blinds.
About the current flatmates
You'd be living with three lovely girls, two Brits and one Aussie! The flat is very tidy and while we do have a cleaner that comes every two weeks, we are keen to find someone else who will treat this place as a home and not just a place to crash. We very much have our own lives but someone is always around for a chat. We especially enjoy watching movies, true crime documentaries and our favourite tv shows in the lounge together!

The room is available from 25th February . We will close applications on February 13th and hold viewings/interviews for the applicants notified on Saturday 14th/Sunday 15th (late afternoon). Unfortunately we are unable to be flexible with those viewing/interview dates and times. The successful applicant will be notified on February 16th.
The rent is £700 per month with bills coming to approximately £150-200 per month.
