Double room available from mid May in Clapham North area. Room is fully furnished with new 4 drawers bed and mattress and plenty of storage.
The flat is located minutes away Clapham high street, Clapham Common and several amenities including various supermarkets, gym, local restaurants etc.
You will be sharing with me, Italian, gay, clinical professional, sociable and friendly. Happy with someone who is looking for a home rather than a house and is happy to socialise with dinner parties, friends, nights out but also Independent and respectful. Hygiene is a must, keeping the place tidy and clean and no tolerance towards drugs are the only strict rules. I work long shifts and have plenty of time off, roughly 3 months a year that I all spend abroad so you'll have the place for yourself often.
The cost is 1100 all inclusive with the odd extra 50 for 3/4 months at winter time. The flat is well insulated andI'd prefer people not working from home.
Room is also available with a Monday evening/Friday morning formula at the cost of 900.
