Large double room in girlie flatshare🏡

Hi!

We are two girls sadly losing our third housemate who is moving closer to her work. We are looking for a sociable and friendly girl to move into our lovely flat🫶🏼. The flat is in such a good location and is about a 10 minute walk from both Clapham North and Stockwell tube stations as well as being close to Battersea Power station and a number of pubs in Clapham old town.

The room is a fully furnished double and comes with a bed, mattress, a large wardrobe with drawers inside, an extra set of drawers, full length mirror and shelves. There is also space for a desk if needed if the extra set of drawers is removed from the room. The rent is rolling monthly and all bills are included.

I (Jess) am a midwife and Claire works in customer service sales mostly in the city with the occasional WFH day. We are both very chilled and love a brunch, a wine, a dance or a take away in an evening and just a chill on the sofa together, but equally enjoy our own space/to do our own thing and have our own friendship groups.
