Our housemate is leaving London, so we’re on the hunt for a new person to fill the room💖
About the room: The room avaliable is £1245 a month. It has a bed which is bigger than a super king and a relatively new mattress which was only bought in February. The room comes with a desk, wardrobe and bed side table. As well as an en-suite with a full bath and shower.
The flat itself has another bathroom, which one person uses. As well as a kitchen, which is modern and lots of storage for 3 people. We have a nice living area and TV which came with the house.
The room is available from 25th June 2025, and you’d be signing on to live in the house until 25th January 2026, with the possibility to extend after. Bills are around £100-115 a month. NO STUDENTS OR SUBLETS.
What we’re looking for: We’re looking for another girl around our age, from 22-26. Someone who is respectful of space and is a clean housemate. Who can be social, as well as have time on their own☺️ Ideally we’d like to meet up with the person before hand.
About us: Bridget is 24, Australian, works as a PA in the city 5 days a week. I’m Ellie, 23, work in Holborn 2 days a week as Press Officer in the NHS.
We’re both pretty social people and we love a night out and a pub trip. As well as going out for food. We love reality TV, spend a lot of time after work watching Hayu🤣.
