I am moving in with my partner soon and looking for a nice replacement to join our flat!

This flat is ideal for any professionals commuting on the Northern/Victoria line into the city Monday to Friday as the Clapham North tube stop is only 1 minute away and the Stockwell station is a 7/8 minute walk. Clapham High Street overground is only a few minutes walk away and Brixton is about a 15mins walk.

The flat is also very near to Clapham Common park, about a 10 minute walk and surrounded by a lot of cafes/pubs/restaurants.

You’ll be joining 4 boys all early/mid 20’s young professionals 🙂 All the flatmates are very clean, super friendly/chatty, enjoy running/sports and trips to the pub.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and friendly. We are a relatively social house and enjoy occasional trips to the pub or local parks, but all respect one another’s personal space 🙂
