The current flatmate is 28, and works in finance, working from home a few days a week. She is bubbly and friendly, and enjoys board games, yoga, movies, and going to the pub with friends!

Timing can be flexible to move in, will need to be on the lease from Aug 28th, but can move in and start paying rent at any point up until the middle of September.
