I’m looking for a trustworthy and friendly person to take over my rent contract starting 28 September. You could move in later if needed, but rent would be due from that date. The agency will likely set the monthly rent between £1,260–£1,290 and they’ve been great—very responsive and quick to handle any requests.

The house is spacious and welcoming, with a generous room and plenty of shared space. It’s currently shared with young professionals who are easy-going and considerate, so you can choose to be social or keep to yourself.

The house is located in Clapham North, less than a 5-minute walk to Clapham North underground station and just 1 minute from Clapham High Street overground. It’s right off the bustling high street, full of shops—including a giant Sainsbury’s and the lovely Studio Voltaire art gallery. Clapham Common is just a 5-minute stroll away.

The neighbourhood is fantastic in all seasons—vibrant and full of life, with cafés, second-hand shops, great restaurants, and outdoor events in the park.

You're also close to Battersea Park and Battersea Power Station (about 7 minutes by bike or a 25-minute walk), and Brixton is just as close.

The house itself is spacious and friendly, shared with professional housemates we've lived with for over a year. You will have plenty of space in the room and in the house.
