Looking for a clean, fun, and friendly flatmate to join our lovely 4-bedroom flat in Clapham North! You’ll be sharing with three amazing girls, all are 30, sociable and easygoing but do like to keep the place tidy. You’ll be taking the space in our flat on a permanent basis, so asking for a minimum of 1 year commitment as your name will go on the contract.

About the Room:

Private bathroom – no sharing with anyone!

About the House:
4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house – you’ll have your own bathroom on the second floor.
Cozy living room with comfy sofas and a TV for chill evenings and a dining table and chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials (including a dryer).

Just a short 8 minute walk to Clapham North Tube Station (Northern Line) and 10 minute walk to Stockwell station (Victoria line) making commuting super easy.

We’re three friendly 30-year old girls, working in PR, social work, and mental health. We love keeping the house tidy, hanging out together, as well as respecting each other’s space. We're looking for someone who’s social, clean and looking for a relaxed yet fun place to call home!
