Hello! I’m looking for someone to join me in a beautiful 2 bed flat in clapham old town/North as my friend is sadly moving out soon.
You’ll be living with me - I’m 28, work in food buying and usually wfh 3 days a week.
I love all things food - cooking, trying out new restaurants and hosting dinners, exercise and sport (particularly pilates, cycling and netball) and regularly dabble in a pottery studio.
I’m looking for a professional who is clean and tidy, social, shares similar interests and is looking for a chilled home where we’d respect each others space but could also plot up on the sofa and watch tele or have a glass of wine together sometimes.
It’s a master bedroom with a king size bed in a gorgeous Victorian house. 7 mins from Clapham North, 5 mins from Clapham old town and 10 mins from Stockwell. There are plenty of coffee shops, delis, restaurants and pubs within a few mins walk.
Bills are currently approx £200 per person each month.
Move in is for October but can be flexible.
