Double room with private bathroom in Clapham

Hi gals!! We are looking for a female to take a double bedroom with its own private bathroom in our lovely Clapham flat! 💞

💰 £1250/month excluding bills
📅 available from 16th October (12 month contract)

Location/Transport:
The flat is around a 7 minute walk to Clapham North tube and Clapham high street with loads of handy shops, restaurants and bars. About a 15 minute walk to the lovely Clapham Common as well.

You’ll be sharing with two other girls aged 27-30, Christy & Leah.

Christy is from Glasgow and works in tech and is usually in the office 2-3 days a week. In her spare time she’s likes going out for drinks and nice meals, going to gym classes, shopping, exploring and chilling!

Leah is from the midlands and works as a project manager in construction. She enjoys going to go to the gym, shopping, socialising with her family and friends in her spare time.

We both have similar interests and get on really well, enjoy both the time at home and going out together, so we are looking for someone likeminded in this sense ☺️The flat really does feel like a home to us, so we need someone who will also see it this way and is clean, tidy and respectful.
