En-suite double April-June bills incl.

Only for short term stay from April to June for people relocating to London or between tenancies.. There is a degree of flexibility in the dates of availability.
There are two of us living here in a 4 bedrooms/4 bathroom house but I am going away for months so we are looking for another person. I work in fintech and the other person is an art curator. We are both very clean, respectful, friendly, interested in arts, sport and travelling but we both have our own lives.
This isn’t a big party house.

The house is in zone 2 between Brixton and Clapham North, south of the river.. Both Clapham and Brixton are vibrant areas with lots of bars, restaurants, gyms and the famous Brixton market and Clapham Common are walking distance and Battersea power station is 10m cycle or 25m walk.

Transport links are exceptional from here. Brixton (Victoria line), Clapham North (Northern line) and Clapham high street (Windrush line) are between 5-10 minutes walk. There are lots of lime and other bikes to rent around here.

It is a three storey Victorian townhouse, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite). The interior of the house is beautiful, renovated recently, new German kitchen with huge island. There is a cute townhouse garden in the back. with seating, sun lounger etc. The rent includes all bills and biweekly cleaner for communal areas but we keep the place neat in general all the time.

The room has a king size bed, brand new, plenty of storage space and double glazed windows. The room is away from the main house, a little bit like private quarters. It has its own private bathroom next to the room.
