A spacious en-suite double room in a beautiful Victorian townhouse in the Stockwell-Brixton-Clapham North triangle (Zone 2), please note that this is only short term or part time. I am not able to commit to long term stay.
Ideally I am looking for someone to stay short period, which would suit someone relocating to London, on a work placement, or between tenancies or a Monday - Thursday arrangement 850 per month (65 per night which is cheaper than similar standard hotel).

The house is a three-storey Victorian townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), which means everyone has plenty of space and privacy. It was recently renovated and has a beautiful modern German kitchen with a large island, which is the heart of the house.
At the back there is a small townhouse garden with seating and a sun lounger — perfect when the weather is nice.

All bills are included, as well as a bi-weekly cleaner for the communal areas, and I generally keep the house tidy and comfortable.

The house is perfectly located between Brixton, Stockwell and Clapham North, both vibrant areas with plenty of restaurants, bars, gyms and shops.
Brixton Market and Clapham Common are within walking distance
Battersea Power Station is around 10 minutes by bike or 25 minutes on foot.

Clapham North – Northern line
Clapham High Street – Overground (Windrush line)
All stations are 5–10 minutes walk, and there are plenty of Lime and other rental bikes nearby.

This is a clean, comfortable, stylish home rather than a party house.
