-Quiet, residential area but minutes from Brixton Market, Clapham High Street, pubs, cafés, and restaurants
-Clapham Common (20 min walk), Ritzy Cinema & Brixton O2 (12 min walk) nearby
-Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and M&S Food all within 10 minutes

-Cosy, fully furnished double
-Includes: double bed + mattress, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, and double wardrobe
-Overlooks the train tracks, but double-glazed windows block most of the sound (and trains stop between 11 pm–6 am) — you honestly get used to it quickly
