Hey - we have a room available in our flat in Clapham North/Brixton for £1250 per month - all bills included (council tax, TV licence, gas, electric, WiFi, sky TV). The only other cost is a bi-weekly cleaner which works out at £23 per person per month.
It’s a 2-bedroom apartment and you’d be sharing with James & Grace (33 & 31). We are very social and enjoy going out. Grace works from home four days a week. James works from the office. Looking for someone social, tidy and pretty chilled. You’d preferably work from office at least three days a week.
The room available is a full furnished large double. The flat has a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen and is 8 mins walk from Clapham North & Brixton tube stations.
Looking for someone from 21st September, contract can be flexible but minimum 3 months.
