Sociable House looking for 2 new housemates

Sadly our lovely housemates Hannah and Joe are moving to Australia 😭 So we’re looking for two (1 girl, 1 guys) equally lovely housemates to come and join our edgeley home.

HOUSEMATES
The house are currently made up of 3 girls Chesca (28) Hannah (29) Lauren (30) and 3 boys Ben (30), Joe (29) and our resident Aussie Antonio (27) plus a gorgeous pup Zeus 🐶
We’re a sociable lot who like to make our house a home, so we’re keen to find someone whose equally up for joining in on the coffee walks, dinner parties, nights out and recovery movie nights.

THE HOUSE
The 2 x rooms available are both situated on the first floor and come fully furnished with a room to fit a desk if you should need for WFH. There’s 3 bathrooms in the house so you’d be sharing with 1-2 other housemates.

The house also has a patio out the back which has been great for house parties and working from home days during the summer.

Overall, we’re a sociable and laidback household but with 6 of us living here we like to keep the house tidy, so we’re on the hunt for someone who can be clean and tidy too!

LOCATION
The house is in an amazing location with a 5min walk to Clapham Overground, 8mins to Clapham North St and 15mins to Clapham Common St. There’s lots of great bars and restaurants on our doorstep and 2-3 gyms just a 5-10min walk away.

THE BORING BIT
All rooms in the house are spacious but room 1 is slightly smaller with a more affordable price tag.
Room 1 - £735 available from 28th September
Room 2 - £815 available from 27th September

Bills usually come to £120 per month (expect to go up slightly in winter months).

VIEWINGS
We’ll be running viewings after work on 4th,8th and 9th September. Please get in touch if you’d be interested in viewing and let us know which nights you are available.
