We are looking for 1 professional female housemate aged between 26 - 30 to replace 1 female moving out and join our house share on Kenwyn Road, Clapham North. Tenancy begins on the 6th October until end of August (with a potential for renewal).
Available Room:
1st Floor - £1,220 per month
The approximate total monthly bills, including Council tax, Gas & Electricity, Internet & TV, Weekly Cleaner for communal areas and Water total to around £150.
About the House:
- Spacious Living Room and Kitchen
- Patio Garden
- Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with showers plus 2 separate toilets
- - Current Housemates: 4 young professionals (3M, 1F) aged between 26-30
