Hey future flatmate!

I’m Liz, I'm looking a female flatmate to join me in my lovely 2-bed, 1-bath home from November.

🏠 The flat has tons of character – a gorgeous farmhouse-style kitchen with ceramic sinks, a Rangemaster oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, big fridge and microwave (perfect if you love baking like me!). The bedroom is cozy and comes with a double bed, wardrobe. The bathroom we'll be sharing is spacious with a double shower. There's a separate living room with a massive TV and lots of shelf space, so there’s plenty of room to make it your own. I work there remotely during the day (usually done by 6pm and head to a WeWork once a week) and since the kitchen and living room are separate, there’s always somewhere to hang out other than your bedroom. There’s also a big outdoor area with a table, perfect for BBQs, drinks, or enjoying the sun.

📍 Location: Clapham North, just a 4-minute walk to the tube station, 10 minutes to a big Sainsbury’s, or 2 minutes to a small local Sainsbury’s at the end of the street. There’s also an Overground station nearby and plenty of buses, making it super easy to get around the city.

🤑 Rent for the room is £1,100 per month, with separate bills around £150–£200.

👩 About me – I’m Liz (26) from Belgium, I'm a UX designer working fully remotely. I’m super active and social – love running, baking, painting, and I’m out most evenings running, seeing my boyfriend or friends. Weekends are packed: museums, city adventures, brunches, or little trips, so you’ll sometimes get the flat to yourself! Basically, it’s a lively, friendly place that’s never boring!

👀 About you – I’m looking for a woman who is positive, clean, and easygoing, who’s respectful of shared spaces but also happy to hang out sometimes. Whether that’s having a glass of wine, sharing a meal, or watching a movie together, I want the flat to feel like a warm, welcoming home – not just somewhere we pass each other in the hallway.
