Lovely Double Room in Large House - Clapham

Hello! Our lovely housemate is moving in with her boyfriend and we're looking for somebody to take on her tenancy from beginning of November (with the option to move in three weeks early). Current housemates are Karen (31), Michelle (31) Danika (26). Karen works in tech, Michelle works in Aviation and Danika works in law.

We live in Hubert Grove (SW9) which is a super convenient location:
5 ish mins walk to Clapham North Tube
9 mins walk to Clapham High St overground
12 minute walk to Brixton
14 mins walk to Stockwell

We are looking for a housemate who will become our friend and not just our housemate. We live our own lives but also make the time to catch up with each-other on evenings and weekends when we're all around.

Karen and Danika currently work 1-2 days a week from home (usually Mondays and Fridays). We have a big dining room table that we generally use but there is also space in the kitchen or bedrooms. We are lucky enough to be about a 15 minute walk from Clapham Common but we also have a south facing garden (with a BBQ)! The house is homely and spacious, we like to keep our communal spaces clean and tidy so this is really important that someone is also on the same page :). We have a fortnightly cleaner but obviously keep on top of it ourselves in between that.

The bedroom available is;
- Double Bedroom (furnished) with access to 2 shared bathrooms (both with showers, 1 with a bath)
£980 a month

Please note, all bills (council tax, water, internet, gas & electricity, bi-weekly cleaner and netflix) are not included but they are roughly £130 a month.

Parking is available on the street if needed. It is permit parking (Mon-Friday) so weekends are free.
