Our housemate is moving east so we are looking for a friendly and social flatmate to join us - room is available from 10 October.
You'll be joining three of us - Stace (Aus, 32), Jord (French Canadian, 30) and Luke (Aus, 28). We are professionals working in HR, project management and managing a pub down the road (cheap pints!)
We are a social flat that enjoys hanging out but also respects everyone’s downtime too.
Bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.
Flat has a big kitchen, seperated bathrooms and a garden ft bbq and fire pit - perfect for summer bevs.
Location is ideal, 5 min walk to Clapham North tube, 10 min walk to the Common and 10 min walk into Brixton.
Bills are usually around £70 in summer and £90 in winter.
We’re open to a sublet or longer term stay - can be flexible.
