We have a spacious couples room with ensuite coming available from Sunday 9th November in our lovely house in SW9 Just a 5 min walk to Clapham North (Northern Line) and 10 mins to Clapham High Street Overground or Stockwell (Victoria Line). Super handy for getting around London!

💰 Rent: £1,345 per month for the room (so £672.50 each)

📑 Bond: £1,615.28 total

⚡ Bills: Not included, but come in under £100 per person/month
📆 Lease: Runs until July 2028, with a break clause in July 2026 if needed

The room is bright, spacious, with built-in storage and you’ll be sharing the house with 5 other lovely people:

Everyone’s in their late 20s–early 30s, friendly, social, and always up for a movie or TV night.

The house itself is modern, with a shared kitchen and open living room, garden with bike storage, and it’s in a gated community – great if you’ve just moved to London and want somewhere safe and welcoming. We’re looking for another couple around the same age who are social, easy-going, and keen to be part of the house vibe rather than just housemates.
