One of our current flatmates is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so we’re looking for a fourth flatmate to take over his room in our STUNNING 3 bedroom Penthouse Flat!
Move in Date: 12th October 2025
The flat is a spacious penthouse in the Stafford Mansions building. The building is safe and secure with fob access at all entrances. The flat is split across two floors with the living and dining areas upstairs, and the bedrooms downstairs, and each floor has its own separate entrance. One of our FAVOURITE features is the balcony with gorgeous views and pretty sunsets! The flat includes a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
The room is bright and spacious, with wooden floors, built-in shelving, and plenty of natural light. It’s unfurnished, with the option of a bed if needed. It also comes with access to a wardrobe in the hallway and a clothes-hanging rack. The room shares a bathroom with just one other flatmate.

In the couple’s room, I (Kendra) am from New Zealand and work in special education in a Year 3 classroom in West Wimbledon. I LOVE food - cooking, baking, and trying new restaurants. My BF Jaidan is an investment banker and plays rugby (smash). Together, we like to run, explore London, and we share a love of music and live events.
Our other flat mate is Gabe (Local Londoner), he works in central London for a Commercial Real Estate company. In his free time, loves watching sports (Chelsea supporter...not sure if that's good or bad) and going pub/socialising. Likes to keep fit with running and keeping active.
The location of our flat is so great! The three of us love our pints. In Clapham, The Landor, The Falcon, and Clapham North are some of our favourite pubs, and in Brixton, The Duke of Ed (2 min walk) has a sick beer garden. Clapham Common is perfect for picnics, walks, or a run, and there are heaps of great restaurants nearby. Brixton is a buzz of energy with markets, live music, and some of the best street food in London. There’s also a big Tesco and Lidl about a 6 minute walk away, so grabbing groceries is easy.
We’re looking for someone tidy and respectful who enjoys being social and hanging out, ideally with similar vibes and interests. Please message me for more info if this stunning flat sounds like the right fit for you!!
