📍 The location: Amazing transport links (Clapham North, & Clapham High Street within 5 a minute walk and Stockwell about 8), plenty of cafés, pubs and shops nearby.

🙋🏻‍♂️Us: We’re a couple who’ve been together 9 years, both busy working professionals in our early 30s. We’re out a lot during the week (office, gym, seeing friends), and at home we like the flat to feel relaxed, clean and good-energy. We’re social, enjoy cooking, wine, music and the occasional Netflix spiral - and we’re definitely up for a drink or a party now and then - but it’s not a chaotic or messy house.

We’re friendly, open and easy to get on with, but we also respect each other’s space and routines.

👀 Who we’re looking for: Another working professional (ideally gay or gay-friendly) who’s tidy, considerate and knows how to live in a shared home - someone who cleans up after themselves, respects shared spaces, and treats the flat like their home rather than a crash pad. You don’t need to be our third wheel or new best mate, just chilled, communicative and nice to live with.

Rent: £1,200 pcm, bills excluded
Available: 1st Feb (but can do earlier if needed)
