We’re 5 mins walk to Clapham North station with easy access to the city, and a short walk to the buzzing Clapham High Street, boasting great eateries, bars and pubs stretching all the way to the popular Clapham Common.
The flat has a great kitchen (with dishwasher!) and living area, where you may find the flatties catching up over dinner, binging some TV, or enjoying a cheeky beverage 🍷
You’ll be sharing with two fun and social working professionals (girl & guy) in their 30’s, who are always up for a laugh and chat.
Our ideal subletter is friendly, naturally clean, and appreciates the healthy social balance of a share house.
All bills are included in the weekly cost, but a small bond is required for security along with Photo ID.
