The flat is just off Clapham Road and is a 5 min walk from both Clapham North and Stockwell station. It's a two-bed, with shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
Rent: £1175 p/m
Deposit: £1327
Bills: ~ £170 p/m - includes council tax (Lambeth Band C), gas, electricity, water, and wi-fi.
Admin fee for changeover process: £50
The landlord (Avrasons) is proactive and has resolved any queries we have had quickly and with no hassle. The renewal needs to be signed by 24th October so will be looking to hold viewings in the next few weeks.
