Large Master Room in Clapham/ Brixton House

One of our housemates is moving into the world of mortgages, which means our big master room is up for grabs from 20th October.

🏠 The house

- It’s a spacious three-storey house with a modern kitchen, a large open plan living room, and a private patio garden which is perfect for BBQs or evening drinks.
- There’s also a basement for storage — plenty of space for all the extras.
- The house has two bathrooms and an extra downstairs toilet.
- The street itself is quiet, but Clapham and Brixton are both a short walk away — so you’ve got pubs, parks, cafés and nightlife all close by.
- Clapham North: 5 minute walk.
- Brixton: 10/15 minute walk.

🛏The Room

- The available room is the master bedroom on the second floor.
- Fully furnished
- You’ll share a bathroom with one other (male).

👯 The housemates

You’d be joining:

- 🇳🇿 KP - Kiwi (M, 31) – corporate restructuring, gym goer, always up for a pint.
- 🇦🇺 Harry - Aussie (M, 32) – key accounts and corporate strategy, enough general knowledge to make ChatGPT blush.
- 🇬🇧 Emily - Brit (F, 25) – legal anaylst, pilates girl, and loves a wine night.

We’re a sociable household who enjoy a trip to the pub, the odd house meal, and good yarns in the kitchen. But we’re also busy with work, gym, travel and making the most of London — so it’s a fun, balanced vibe, not 24/7 togetherness.

🙌 Who we’re looking for

- Someone sociable, outgoing and easy-going, who’s up for being part of the house, not just renting a room.
- If you like a laugh, enjoy being active , and want to live in a home where people get on, you’ll fit right in.

- Rent: £1,200 + estimated bills with fortnightly cleaner (around £170/month) 💷 - roughly £1370 in total.
- Move-in: 20th October
- Room is fully furnished 🛋️🛏️

We’ll be doing viewings the week of 13 October, and we like to follow up with a local pub trip so we can get to know each other properly.
