There is also a small TV and the flat has a full bathroom with Bath & Shower over and separate shower room with toilet. You would have use of the bathroom next to the room which is shared with one other part time person.

The flat is very chilled, a non party flat and has a great sunny and homely feel to it

There is one other permanant flatmate who is a young professional working in the city and a keen gym goer and a part time Landlord staying in the Loft which is mostly self contained.

The flat is 5 mins walk from Clapham High Street, Clapham Old Town, Clapham North and Clapham Common Tube stations, Wandsworth Road and Clapham High Street Overground stations in a quiet very well connected location.

There is parking outside which requires a lambeth permit or paid parking.
