Looking for someone to replace me & fill a large double room in a 4-bed house near Clapham North as I am going travelling.
📍~8 mins from Clapham North and High St stations and ~12 mins to Brixton
🏡 Move in: 15th December (contract until November 2026)
💰 £1230 pcm rent + ~£125 in bills
The room comes with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, 2x chest of drawers, 2x bedside tables and a sofa with heaps of space for a desk. There are 2x bathrooms, one for each floor and a separate toilet. The house is huge and has outside space & a spare room up top for extra storage/ hosting friends.
You will be joining 3 x 25-27 year old professionals (Kieran (F), Sarah (F), Charlie (M)), who enjoy the usual - pub trip, trashy telly, parkrun etc. but are fairly chilled during the week. Super lovely group, who I have loved living with and will miss lots!!
