Looking for a third girly for our cute Clapham North flat 💕

It’s a 3-bed, top floor flat 5 mins from Clapham North tube and Clapham High Street overground, and 12 mins from Stockwell. We’re seconds away from the high street, with all the pubs, bars and cafes you could want, and your choice of Big Sains, Lidl or Big Tesco all a max 10 min stroll from the flat. Clapham Common is about a 10 min walk away.

Rent is £870pm + bills, which average around £120. A deposit will be needed to secure the room. Move in date is early to mid November, and to pass the tenancy checks you’ll have to earn at least £27k.

You’ll be living with Izzy (26) and Lucy (28), both Civil Servants working in Westminster. We’re love Pilates, yoga, pub trips and under 25 cinema tickets (shh). We rate a night in with herbal teas and tv, especially as we both work from the office a lot (free wfh flat for you!!) and the occasional high street boogie. We’re good pals but also have our own lives, so we’re often zooming about outside the flat. We’re looking for a tidy queen who can also call our flat her home 🏡
