I’m a trainee charity accountant living in a 2-bed upstairs flat in Clapham looking a flatmate for when my current one leaves in January. Great location right near Clapham North Tube and Clapham High Street Overground.

1 bathroom, shared kitchen, shared living room. Gas hob oven, washing machine. Currently furnished with my own furniture and TV.

Energy bills are currently around £40 each, WiFi is £15 each, Council Tax is £80 each , Water is £36 each.

I recently moved to London from Manchester for a job and to be closer to my girlfriend who’s from London. I like fairly chilled out evenings, watching telly, crocheting and charity shopping. I hybrid work and am studying for my accounting exams. I’m a clean and tidy person.
