We’ve got a fab double ensuite room up for grabs in our friendly 3-bedroom house in the heart of Clapham North – and we’re on the hunt for someone great to join us! Available 3rd December!

Literally opposite Clapham North Station – so your commute is basically just crossing the road.
You’ll have pubs, cafes, supermarkets, and more right on your doorstep

🛏️ The Room:
• A double with your own ensuite bathroom
• Rent is £1056/month, bills not included (+ £1000 bond and £50 for the lease name change)
• Note: There’s no space for a desk, so please keep in mind if you regularly work from home.

🏠 The House:
• 3-bed house with a cosy vibe
• Small courtyard which the available room has direct access to
• Lovely landlord and responsive maintenance team
• Bills come to roughly £100–120/month each

👯‍♀️ The Housemates:
Sarah Kennedy is our resident marketing girlie and is in the office a couple of days a week.

Britt is an Occupational Therapist working at a hospital full-time (no night shifts – but sometimes weekends).
