Clapham room with 2 south africans

Hey, we're 2 south africans from Cape Town. One 23 year old female (creative industry) and one 30 year old male (Brandon who's a kind and relaxed software engineer). Moved to London and became friends. Rachael's family own the apartment (she lives upstairs in the attic room) and Brandon lives in the room next to the lounge (see floor plans). Sometimes Brandons GF stays over and sometimes he stays over at hers. But the main vibe of the space is friendly but not overly involved with each other.

Can watch a movie together on the odd sunday or cook together on occasion but both of us like our own space and to be able to keep each others company but without being overly involved.

It feels great if we have introvert days when we can happily share the space and be in each others company but without feeling obligated to small talk if we don't feel up to it.

We enjoy yoga, photography and surfing when we get the chance and are excited to still have the flat warming braai/BBQ on our massive balcony! The apartment is pretty big (1000 sq foot). The balcony is also a huge draw. We going to kit it out nicely for summer! We're very tolerate and respectful so open to any person who is the same.

We only got the place 2 weeks ago so still getting it furnished. If you're going to move in soon then hopefully you can be relaxed about that. We definitely want someone who is easy going in general and won't cause a drama or constant fuss about things.

There's a lot of freedom though - you can paint your room or put up shelves etc if you like. I think a pet should be okay if they're well groomed and if you don't mind them interacting with a lil french bulldog that comes to visit every now and then (my brothers who lives down the road).

We're both super relaxed and accommodating. The agreement would be a lodgers agreement with flexible terms so if things don't work out you can easily part ways without feeling stuck. But I'm sure that won't happen! :)
