Description
I’m sadly leaving my lovely housemates to move to Aus after the best 3 years here. Hoping to find a friendly female housemate to take my place in this sociable home to keep an even balance of girls and boys.
HOUSEMATES
The house is currently made up of 3 girls Alison (28) Gabby (25) Lauren (30) and 3 boys Ben (30), Matt (27) and our resident Aussie Antonio (28) plus a gorgeous pup Zeus 🐶 They’re a sociable lot who make the house a home, and are keen to find someone whose equally up for joining in on the coffee walks, dinner parties, drinks at the pub and movie nights.
THE HOUSE
The room is really spacious with lots of natural light situated on the first floor and comes fully furnished. There’s 3 bathrooms in the house so you’d be sharing with 1-2 other housemates.
Room 1 - £870 available from 21st December.
Bills usually come to £120 per month including a cleaner that comes bi-weekly.
The house also has a patio out the back which has been great for house parties and working from home days during the summer.
The landlord is the best I’ve experienced, very laid back with no deposit needed on a rolling contract with the room price fixed for another 12months.
LOCATION
The house is in an amazing location with a 5min walk to Clapham Overground, 7mins to Clapham North and 12mins to Clapham Common St. There’s lots of great bars and restaurants on our doorstep and 2-3 gyms just 5mins walk away.
VIEWINGS
We’ll be running viewings after work on 10th, 11th and 12th November. Please get in touch if you’d be interested in viewing and what nights you’re available.
