*The House*
On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy reception room, and a spacious kitchen that opens up to a lovely garden—perfect for summer BBQs. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, brand new washing machine and tumble dryer that were replaced in late 2025, as well as a massive hob/oven and plenty of storage space. There are two bathrooms so each is only shared between 3 people.
The boiler has been replaced in the last couple of years and a Hive heating system is in place.

This is the smaller room at the top of the house which can fit a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (the included furniture). But could fit a desk with a single bedframe. There is also a small hallway after the entrance which could fit a shoerack. The room has a large window facing the garden and gets a lot of light during the day.

Available from 12th February
This is the larger room on the 1st floor which faces the front of the house. The rooms includes a very large wardrobe, double bed, vanity table and bedside table. The smaller wardrobe, desk and deskchair can be purchased. There are large windows to allow a lot of light in.

Both rooms will share the upstairs bathroom with one other housemate.
Deposit is one months rent and is protected by the government deposit protection scheme.

Situated on a lovely residential street, the house is perfectly placed for lively Clapham, Clapham North (Northern Line) is a 5 minute walk away. Stockwell (Northern/Victoria) and Brixton (Victoria) are 10 minutes away and Clapham High Street (Overground) about 6 minutes away.
*Services included:*
Professional weekly cleaner for communal areas.
All bills included in the rent (wifi, water, gas, electricity, TV licence and council tax) - so no freezing ourselves during the winter!
*The Flatmates:*
Alex (33) research scientist, Adem (25) business development manager, Thomas (24) software engineer, Izzy (23) data analyst and Emma (29) marketing ops isthe departing housemate, due to moving abroad!
We all have our own busy lives and social circles but enjoy hanging out in the evenings—whether it’s chatting over dinner, watching a bit of telly, or heading out for a drink or two. We’re looking for someone sociable who wants to be part of the house vibe!
