Double Room available in Clapham North

*The House and Room:*

On the ground floor, you'll find the available bedroom, a cozy reception room, and a spacious kitchen that opens up to a lovely garden—perfect for summer BBQs. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, brand new washing machine and a separate tumble dryer, as well as a massive hob/oven and plenty of storage space. We also have an airfryer, rice-cooker and slow-cooker!

You will share the downstairs bathroom with two others, which has a standing shower and toilet.

The boiler has been replaced in the last couple of years and a Hive heating system is in place.

The room is furnished with a double bed, hanging and drawer storage. There is also space for a desk.

*The Location:*

Situated on a lovely residential street, the house is perfectly placed for lively Clapham, Clapham North (Northern Line) is a 5 minute walk away. Stockwell (Northern/Victoria) and Brixton (Victoria) are 10 minutes away and Clapham High Street (Overground) about 6 minutes away.

*Services included:*

Professional weekly cleaner for communal areas.
All bills included in the rent (wifi, water, gas, electricity, TV licence and council tax) - so no freezing ourselves during the winter!

We all have our own busy lives and social circles but enjoy hanging out in the evenings—whether it’s chatting over dinner, watching a bit of telly, or heading out for a drink or two. We’re looking for someone sociable who wants to be part of the house vibe!
