Hi there!

I’m heading off travelling for a few months and looking for someone to sublet my room from **early December until around April 12th, 2026** (exact dates flexible).

You’d be joining a lovely, sociable household of five working professionals: Lauren (30), Alison (28), Gabby (27), Matt (27), Antonio (28) and Zeus 🐶 (6).

We’re all in our late twenties to early thirties, enjoy a relaxed, friendly vibe, and often hang out together for a drink at the pub or a movie night in.

💰 **Rent:** £815/month
⚡ **Bills:** approx. £125/month
📅 **Available:** 7th Dec – 12th April 2026 (flexible)
