The room is full of natural light thanks to new double-glazed, dual-aspect windows, and looks out onto our lovely private garden.

It comes with a foldable wall-mounted desk and converted understairs cupboards just outside the room, offering a spacious wardrobe and shelving area.

The room is on the ground floor, next to our open-plan living room and kitchen - a bright, sociable space with a big smart TV and high-spec appliances, including a dishwasher and washer-dryer. The bathroom (shared) is upstairs and well-sized.

We’re in an amazing location, between Stockwell, Clapham North and Brixton stations (5–10 minute walk to each), giving you quick access to the Northern and Victoria lines (and the overground Windrush line).

You’ll be the 3rd member of our home, joining:
* Molly (28) – founder of social enterprise (Impactic) who can often be found at a dance class, hiking a mountain or browsing a charity shop
* Rebecca (29) – originally from Ireland, setting up her own accounting business (Accounting 4 Creatives), while also working as an actor and writer

We’re looking for someone friendly, positive and clean, who wants to be part of a warm, social home - not just flatmates, but friends who enjoy a chat and doing fun activities together!
