We’ve got a lovely double bedroom with a private ensuite available for £1500pm starting from November 24th in our friendly four-bedroom flat. The room is nice and bright and perfect for a couple (or a single!) looking for a cozy home in London. The ensuite is nice and new! The room is located on the ground floor of the house, with only one other bedroom on the level.

Bills come to around £80 each per month

We’re lucky to have a split level flat on the top floor of our building on quiet road just off Clapham High Street, so it feels peaceful while still be close to everything you need. There’s a fully furnished lounge and a well-equipped kitchen, great for relaxing, cooking, or sharing a meal together 🍝🥂There’s also plenty of off street parking, too!

📍LOCATION
Our flat is located in Clapham North, just off Clapham High Street. Clapham Common and Clapham Old Town is a 10 minute stroll away, & we’re surrounded by some great pubs and restaurants in the area.
We are 2-3 mins away from a mini Sainsbury’s & have a big Sainsbury’s about a 10 minute walk away

- 5 minute walk to Clapham North (Northern line)
- 15 minute walk to Stockwell (Victoria line)
- 5 minute walk to Clapham High Street station (The overground)
- 2 minute walk to plenty of bus stops on both sides of our flat

🧸 THE FLATTIES
You’ll be living with 2 other girls and 1 guy. We are a mix of work from home/in the office. We are usually out and about during the weekends, but often spend time together in the evenings watching TV, cooking dinner or just hanging out. We’re looking for people who are both clean and sociable but also down to do there on thing, too
