- Big double room on first floor (whole level to yourself for privacy)
- Furnished with a double bed, brand new white chest of drawers & wardrobe
- Enough space for a desk if needed

The house:

- 2.5 bathrooms total (you will share 1.5 bathrooms with 2 others, 1 with bath/shower/toilet, and there is an extra separate toilet next to it)

The housemates:
Current housemates are a New Zealand couple (28 and 30), an Aussie female (31) and a Welsh male (28). We are looking for someone friendly, social and chilled. We’re all working professionals, wfh a couple of days a week but mostly in the office. We all have our own friends but enjoy spending time together in the flat watching tv or having dinner together, and going out to the pub for a drink and a quiz.

- 11 min walk to Brixton station
- 12 min walk to Clapham Common

- 5 min walk to Lidl

The details:
- Move-in date is the afternoon of Sunday, 29th November
- Rent is £908 per month
- Deposit is £807
- Bills not included but come to about £80-100/month - includes a fortnightly cleaner
- We each look after a bill so you will takeover the water bill and cleaner from the housemate moving out
- The lease renews on July 14th 2027, with option to renew
