Sublet in Clapham North (Dec 14-Jan 22)

Hi all, I’m looking for sublet for my room from December 14th - January 22nd (dates can be flexible either side) while I’m back in Australia over Christmas.

🗒️Key Information:

📍SW4 - great location, 2 minute walk from both Clapham north and Clapham high street stations. Nearby Sainsburys. 10 minute walk to Clapham common.

💰 Monthly rent is £1,100 (incl bills). Rent obviously varies based on length of stay. Opportunity to possibly extend to long term as I’m looking to move out end of January once I’m back.

🏠Living with 5 fun Aussies & Kiwis (some will out over this period as well). Very spacious house, everyone does their own thing yet are all up for a good chat (all late 20’s)

🏡 Large room so suitable to couples as well, sharing a bathroom with one flatmate. Big kitchen, living room and a nice backyard to make snow angels in.
