Hey we are Molly and Sophie, two aussies looking to find a short term suletter over december and into mid January! Our current flatmate has moved out and our next one can't move in until mid january!

The flat is a well kept 3 bedroom flat with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The flat has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area. The room comes furnished and has a small built in wardobe, chest of draws and under bed storage.

It is located in the heart of Clapham North! We are a 5 minute walk from Clapham North station and a two minute walk from Clapham High Street Overground. There are so many good pubs, restaurants and bars around us plus we are only a 15 minute walk from Clapham Common.

ABOUT US:
We are both professionals in our mid to late twenties who met playing AFL here in London. One of us works from home twice a week but has a desk in their room. We are a social flat, we like eating some week night dinners together, having a chat and heading to the pub for a drink or meal! But we are out and about a lot so the flat is rarely full with all of us at the same time.
