There are additional office and bedroom furniture we would be happy to include as we can’t take them with us, but will get rid of whatever is not needed - e. g. under bed storage containers, lamps, shoe rack, shelving, clothes drying rack, powerboards!

🏠The flat…
As mentioned, this is a fully furnished three bed flat on the first floor of a three flat building. Super secure building on a well lit street - all of us girls have felt safe coming home late! One shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. The flat is leased directly through our landlord who is amazing and quick to fix anything needing it, we have had an excellent relationship with him for our near-three year stay. Monthly bills are around £130 - this is fixed throughout the year with no fluctuations in winter vs. summer.

🌇 The location…
A huge plus of this flat is the location. You would be 3min walk from Clapham North tube, 5min to Clapham Overground and 10min to Stockwell Underground, with heaps of additional bus routes. Clapham Common is only a 10min walk down the bustling high street.

You would be sharing with two excellent female flatmates. Bec is a 27y/o Australian. Megan is a 26y/o South African.

👀 We are looking for…
A professional female flatmate to join the girls, all the classic desirable qualities (clean and tidy, household contributor, keen for a shared flat time and happy with solo time). I can honestly say you would be moving into a welcoming, considerate flat, where we strike a really good balance of friendship and respect for alone time. We would like to have face-to-face viewings and chats in the next fortnight optimally.
