7 min walk from Stockwell/clap north, you have the victoria and northern line. Clapham high st is a 15m walk for overground and there is a lot of busses, so getting most places is pretty feasible
It's a kiwi flat so you'll be with 3 other kiwis, it's pretty social and the flat does things together but also everyone respects chilling and downtime.
