Both rooms are great size, fully furnished (bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe) and face the garden - making them super quiet! Room 1 is on the ground floor and room 2 is on the first floor. We also have a big, brand-new kitchen, comfortable living room and spacious garden which is perfect for summer!
The location 📍
The house is in an amazing location - just 10 mins from both Clapham North station (Northern Line) and Stockwell station (Victoria Line)!! It’s directly in the middle of Clapham and Brixton with lots of pubs, bars, restaurants, gyms and shops all nearby.
The flatmates 🧑🧑🧒🧒
You’ll be living with Alfie (27) and Andrew (24). The house is super friendly, and love to either go to the pub or watch a film together, but also respect each other’s space when needed. We’re so sad to leave!
Rent is £875 and bills come to around £100 each month. The deposit is £840.
