Clapham North Room Dec 15-Mar 30: potential extend

Looking for someone to take over for my flatmate in our lovely Clapham apartment (as she’s moving closer to work sadly).

Location: Across from Clapham High St station and a 4 min walk from Clapham North tube station (which is so so so convenient, sainsbury’s local on the corner)

Apartment deets: 2 room flat, 1 shared bathroom, and shared kitchen/living space! A lot is furnished by the landlords who are lovely.

Room: lovely sunny room, will come with bed mattress and frame, and closet!

Rent: £1100/month

Bills: around £170/month

Would be a 3-monthish lease from Dec 15th to March 30th (with the potential to extend - I am just leaving then) — also flexible a bit on the last few weeks so lmk if that’s an issue!

Flatmates: Just me! 25-year old from California who working in global health and women’s health :) I’m quite social and love to chit chat, cook, drink ungodly amounts of matcha, and try new pubs/restaurants with friends! I work remote full time but am out and about whenever I can be! Would love to live with someone who I could be friends with and have the place be a home 💛
