I’m looking someone to move into my room. I’ve really enjoyed staying here but will be leaving to move in with my partner.
Transport links are amazing, with Brixton and Clapham North Stations a ten minute walk away. Loads of buses, Windrush line, and trains nearby.
Great amenities with Tesco Extra at the end of the road, Lidl and M&S round the corner. Clapham Common, Brockwell Park, and Brixton Village all within easy walking distance. Too many great pubs and restaurants to list!
The house is on a quiet residential street and full of friendly, creative people who enjoy getting together every now and then. At the moment four are actors and one is a filmmaker.
Council tax and internet are included. There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, extra shower room, and nice garden.
From the 1st Jan the room will be on a 12 month lease with the landlord, but you are free to leave before then if you find someone to fill the room.
